There are a lot of reasons Panda Plumbing has so many 5 star reviews! For me, the 5 stars are coming from their quality, professionalism, and fairness. I hired Panda for my bathroom remodel. They did all the wet work of replumbing water lines, setting a new shower pan, and installing the final fixtures.
On quality, I had gotten some bad guidance from the city inspector on how drain lines needed to be run. When I relayed it to Jeremy, he immediately knew there had been an update to the plumbing code that invalidated what the inspector had said (and would save me lots of money); the guy knows his stuff! When it came to the final product, everything worked great- shower pan was set perfectly, water lines worked as they should, everything passed inspection with flying colors.
On professionalism, it was really the little things that made the difference. Jeremy’s communication was quick and clear- he is super responsive. I had a stud prepped to be installed to accommodate a new shower door that I was going to place once Jeremy and team were done with their work- they took care of it and installed it without asking. I was prepared to lay additional subfloor down so they could set the shower pan- they took care of it themselves. I didn’t ask for the shower pan to be set in mortar- they proactively took care of it to make sure it was done right. I had gotten the wrong water valve for my toilet – Jeremy had the right one and just swapped it out without being asked. And at the end of the job, everything was left as clean or better as when they got there. These guys are definitely pros.
On fairness, I got a fair deal for the work they did. Jeremy and team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I appreciate their work and I will definitely use Panda for my next plumbing project. You should, too!

“I had a tricky new kitchen sink and faucet installation that I was worried about because it was to be installed in our marble counter. I haven’t been here long and did not know plumbers yet. I saw the Panda Plumbing truck at my neighbor’s condo and thought that I would try them. Jeremy from Panda offered what I thought was a very reasonable quote and we proceeded. I was nervous because it turned out that the men had to cut some of the marble with an electric saw. However, Jeremy and his partner worked as a team and vacuumed the cut as they went; no dust. How we earn five stars.
Read back through the reviews and the same words keep surfacing: on time, responsive, clean, fair price, explained everything. Robin’s water heater got handled the same day. Mary got a real plumber on the phone and a truck the next morning. Chris watched the crew vacuum marble dust as they cut. None of them caught us on a lucky day.
That is deliberate. Every job runs on the same four commitments, from a single faucet to three floors of repipe, so the experience those thirty-one customers describe is the default outcome rather than a good mood. An appointment, not a window
Every visit is booked into an exact 30-minute arrival slot, and a missed slot wipes the service call fee off the bill. Larry’s review opens with “showed up early” because showing up is the least glamorous five-star habit and the one people remember.
Diagnosed before we drive
A journeyman studies the problem with you on a short video call before the schedule is set, so the van arrives stocked for your exact repair. Nearly every first visit ends with the problem solved.
A home treated like one
Runners line the path from the front door, floors and plantings get covered, and the workspace is disinfected before we hand it back. Respectful, Cindy’s word, is a checklist item here.
A call after the job
A few days out, the office calls to ask two questions: is the work holding up, and did the visit live up to this page? A no to either one is ours to fix.
